Hey it's a middle of the month so we decided to stay home this weekend save a little money before Christmas or shall I call it X-mas? ;) Anyway staying home at the weekend we managed to spent money anyway :) We got delicious take away from Kemp Thai. I love it from there it's so good!!! I am being very boring I always order red curry :) And I made some Pina Colada.
Pina Colada:
Rum
Pineapple juice
Coconut milk
Double Cream
I mixed it all together and Volia!!! I did not follow any recepee it turned out nice just a little on a stronger side ;)
I made little creamy meringue nests with mixed berry's which I heated up with sugar so I could poor it over everywhere :)
And this is how Hazel was looking at the food!:))) (she wasn't hungry:))
